Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions for one Discord server, billed monthly or yearly.
One subscription, one server#
A subscription belongs to the Discord server you choose at checkout, and the person who pays is its billing owner. To move a subscription to another server, contact support.
Paying#
Checkout and card handling are done by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. A plan becomes active only after Stripe confirms the payment to us, not when the browser returns from checkout.
Cancelling and renewal#
Cancel from the billing page. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period; after that the server returns to the Free plan. The price shown at checkout is the one you pay until you change plans.
When a plan ends#
Nothing running is cut off mid-session. New paid features stop, while members can always stop playback, leave rooms and close groups.
