Getting started
Do I have to host anything or create my own bot?
No. You invite our shared bots to your server: BotStacked, plus a Restify player for music. We run them; you never need a bot token.
Why do I need an account on the website?
The account holds your subscriptions and lets you set up the servers you manage: which features are on, their channels, and BotStacked's name and language there.
Who can change the bots' settings for a server?
Only the server owner and members with Administrator or Manage Server, checked against Discord's current permissions before each change.
Bots and features
Which bots do I invite?
BotStacked, which runs every feature. If you want music, also invite Restify A, which plays the audio. Paid plans add Restify B and C for more rooms at once.
How many music rooms can play at once?
One on the Free plan, with Restify A. Paid plans add Restify B and C, so up to three voice rooms in the same server can play different music at the same time.
Can I rename BotStacked or change its language?
Yes, per server and on every plan. Choose a name of up to 32 characters and English, Greek, French, German or Spanish. Discord's username stays BotStacked. The music panel and replies are translated today; event, LFG and voice-room messages follow as their translations are finished.
Which Discord permissions do the bots need?
Only what their features use, never Administrator. The permissions guide lists them per bot, and the dashboard checks each channel you select.
Plans and billing
What is included in the Free plan?
BotStacked with one music room and limited access to the other features. The pricing page compares the plans, and voting on top.gg adds a few extras for 12 hours.
Does a subscription renew automatically?
Yes, monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancelling keeps the plan until the end of the paid period.
Can I move my subscription to another server?
Contact support and we will move it for you.
Privacy and security
What data do you keep?
Your email, Discord identity, the servers you manage, each server's settings (including BotStacked's name and language there) and the data the bots need to work, such as event sign-ups or LFG groups. The privacy policy lists everything, including how long it is kept.
Do you use tracking cookies?
No. The website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Will you ever ask for my password or a token?
Never: not in Discord, not by email and not through a bot. You add the bots with Discord's own invite page.
Is this an official Discord product?
No. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.
