Troubleshooting
Start with your server's dashboard page: it shows which bots are Ready, which permissions are missing and whether they have loaded your latest settings.

A player joins but nothing plays#
- Check that the Restify player has Connect and Speak in that voice channel.
- The video may be unavailable: removed, private, age-restricted or blocked in the hosting region. Try another track.
- If many tracks fail at once, the problem is probably on our side.
Music asks for the router channel#
Choose the Music router channel in the dashboard, and check that BotStacked and the Restify players can see it and send messages in it. See creating the router channel.
All Restify players are busy#
Each player serves one voice room. Wait for a room to finish, stop one, or add rooms with a paid plan.
A panel says it is no longer active#
Only the newest panel in a server works. Ask a manager to post a new one, for example with !music.
A command says the feature is not enabled#
The feature is off for this server, or not part of its plan. Open the server in the dashboard to turn it on.
BotStacked's name did not change#
Check that BotStacked still has Change Nickname (Server Settings, then Roles). The name updates within about a minute of BotStacked loading your settings; the last step on the dashboard page shows when it has.
An LFG group closed but its channel is still there#
BotStacked probably lost Manage Channels or Manage Roles in the category. Restore the permission and press Close again; it also retries on its own.
Voice rooms are not created#
Check that the lobby and category are chosen in the dashboard, and that BotStacked has Manage Channels and Move Members there.
