BotStacked's name and language

Each server chooses how BotStacked appears and speaks there. Other servers keep their own choice.

The name in your server#

Up to 32 characters. Members see it in the member list and on BotStacked's messages. Leave it empty to use BotStacked. BotStacked applies the name itself within about a minute of loading your settings, which is why its invite includes the Change Nickname permission. Without that permission the name stays as it was.

What stays the same#

Discord's username for the bot is BotStacked everywhere else: on the invite page, in other servers and in direct messages. Your choice changes only its nickname in your server. No separate bot or token is created for your server.

Language#

English (the default), Greek, French, German or Spanish.

So far the music panel and music replies follow this choice. Event and LFG messages are still being translated, and some appear in Greek until then. Voice-room messages are in English.

Panels posted earlier#

A panel keeps the labels it was posted with. Post it again (for example with !music) to show the new language. Buttons on older panels still act on your current settings.
