Refunds and cancellation

Draft. This text describes how the service works and still needs review by a qualified lawyer and completion of the bracketed items before launch.

1. Cancelling

Cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and then does not renew. The server returns to the Free plan; no data is deleted because of cancellation.

2. Refunds

[Refund policy to be decided by the operator and reviewed for consumer-law requirements, e.g. EU withdrawal rights for digital services.]

3. Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it and we email the billing owner. The plan stays active during a limited grace period; if payment is not completed, the server returns to the Free plan.
