Terms of service

1. The service
BotStacked provides shared Discord bots (BotStacked, which runs music controls, events, LFG and temporary voice rooms, and the Restify music players) and a website to configure them for Discord servers you manage.
2. Accounts
You need a verified email address to create an account, and a linked Discord account to manage servers. Keep your password private and enable two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity in your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other servers' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or evade plan limits. A name you choose for BotStacked in your server must follow the same rules.
4. Plans and subscriptions
The Free plan is provided as-is with limits that may change. Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically for each billing period until cancelled; each subscription applies to one Discord server. Prices are shown before purchase.
5. Availability
We work to keep the bots running, but the service depends on Discord and on third-party media sources. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a particular track can be played.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts or servers that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.
7. Liability
